Licensing procedure does not work

Trying to load Living Cookbook 2005 version 1.5 for my wife on the desktop computer here in Yuma running Windows 7. Installation was normal. Ran first time and it asked for license information. Loaded the stored license backup file and the serial number and license number looked normal. Continued and received message thanking me for registering Living Cookbook. Ran it again and the signon screen appeared briefly and then disappeared. Nothing happened. Try running it again and it says I need to register the product, which I already did and received a message saying so. This continues forever. Register the product, run once with disappearing signon screen and finally run again and it asks for registration. Not very kind if you are trying to use the Living Cookbook software. My wifes info follows:

Mary Hamblen
6800 Strand Avenue
Yuma, AZ 85364 Winter
309-212-0398
ghamblen@cableone.net

or

Mary Hamblen
110 Mitchell Drive Summer
Wilder, ID 83676

Need some idea on how to get this problem solved so she can use the software.

Hi,

The following knowledge base article will help: Living Cookbook 2005 Reverts to Trial Mode When Installed on Windows Vista.

This issue does not affect Living Cookbook 2008.

Let me know if you need more help.
